I was at the Sherway Gardens LEGO store today in Toronto, Canada and both the STAR WARS and LEGO CITY advent calendars for 2011 were on sale. (They actually got the shipment in that morning.)
The STAR WARS one is going for $49.99 while the CITY one was going for $39.99. There were probably about 6 of each out at the time I was there around 3PM today. I'm sure they have more in back but these will definitely sell out very fast as they always do.
On a side note, they also had all the new series of minifigures for sale as well. (Series 5?)
