That's really strange for Amazon to have a markup on an item when it isn't be sold via a 3rd party. I think it's more of a pricing error.

Because it's boring... well crap.

There have been a few sets that have had really good sales on it, with nice minifigures and some decent parts, but I still can't buy them because they just isn't enough there.
