Stopped by Kmart and found two sets (Kingdoms Prison Tower Rescue and Star Wars Hoth Wampa Set) with clearance stickers on them. They were still set at full price so I figured I'd try them out at the register to see if they rang up with the 30% clearance deal, but unfortunately they didn't. I brought it to the managers attention and she said someone probably used the wrong price gun and allowed the 30% discount. Walked away with both for $65 and change. Not too shabby. I only wish I had the $5 off printable coupon with me. :/

bot a slave 1 8097 using the 40% Borders coupon. also applied the 10% personal shopping day. and i previously bot gift cards $50 free $10. listed price was $95, so total out-of-pocket is $95 - $38 (40% off) - $5.70 (additional 10%) - $8.55 (1- $50/$60) = $42.75. not too shabby... around 46% d/c.

I hit up the costco deal today and got one of each the arc and the shuttle. I might go back from another batch later this week.

Got 2 arc-170's for $31.50; separtist shuttle for $15.40 (at kmart). Then found the attack cruiser and powerminers titanium command rig for $50 each at wal-mart.

Used 40% off Borders coupon + 10% off "personal shopping day" + $5 in Borders rewards to get Plo Koon's Starfighter for ~$12.50. Original price was $30.

I got the twilight sealed for 50 dollars and free shipping on ebay about a year ago when it was full price. :D Unfortunately I didn't like it that much. :(

Taking advantage of free shipping, received Green Grocer from Lego.com yesterday. I am afraid that it will be gone if I wait for special deal from lego.com. This is the most expensive lego set I have ever spent.

Box of the set is huge. Will not open until Christmas.

By the way, I am surprised that CMS1 is still available from TRU.

I have to say, Green Grocer is, IMO, the best set I've ever owned. A wealth of pieces as well as new building techniques, with very little frustration.

This isn't recent, but I managed to pick up the Mobile Command Center and the Temple of the Crystal Skull for half price on last year's Black Friday from TRU and Target respectively.

Medieval Market Village

Have been eyeing this set for awhile: Medieval Market Village. Seems to be an incredible number of pieces for the price, and a really fun set.
