Long time listener, first time caller

Hello all,

I am emerging out of my dark ages after a decade and a half and found this community of fellow builders. Still mourning over the loss of my boxes of acquisitions as a child that have disappeared from the face of the earth, but looking to rebuild an even more glorious empire.
