LEGO Star Wars UCS Hoth Echo Base (Teaser Video)

LEGO has released a mini movie featuring the Battle of Hoth. In the video, new elements that were not in previous sets were shown including an Ion Canon, a Power Generator and a new Entrance Gate. This leads to a possibility that the video could potentially be showing a few parts of the rumored UCS LEGO Star Wars Echo Base. This set is expected to be released sometime in October 2015.

Other components in the video shows a Wampa Cave, AT-AT and Snowspeeders. These components were previously available in other official LEGO Star Wars sets. But they will be probably added to the new UCS Hoth Base set!

I hope the Wampa cave that we see in the video is included (I'm expecting it to be, it is a new design)

The original Wampa Cave was one of those sets I waited on, trying to find a better deal, and missed out. I remember seeing it at B&N when it was near retirement for 35$ and I thought that wasn't enough of a sale...

I guess we will be getting a new snowspeeder. It will only make 3 variations for me. I know others have many more.

It looks like it will be a lot of the same stuff that most of us have already...snowspeeders, taun tauns, white speeder bikes, turrets etc.

The addition of the Ion Canon and Shield generator are enough to make me excited about purchasing it though, even if the rest of the set is mostly remakes.
