Nice. I looked at the site you credited, and couldn't find clarification. Do you know by chance if this is only in stores, or online too? Online has some slightly reduced prices already on some friends sets, so 20% off that might be pretty sweet.

It should be online but who knows what Target.com will end up doing.

Just a heads up Amazon seems to be matching some of the discounted Target pricing.

Yeah tell Amazon about the cheaper prices and they will sometimes match it because Amazon is god. ;)
Amazing sale on the Super Hero sets, the X-Men and Spiderman flying car sets are great, no need to pass them up.

Switching the themes, i just missed the goblin king for $54:

The batcave is already sold out, but the quinjet is still available.

Wow, did anybody else see the blink-of-an-eye sale on the Batcave? Amazon dropped it to $49. Bought the limit of 2 and it had gone back to RRP by the time I made it to Target to price match 30 minutes later.

How long does it take before amazon matches all of the sales at target.com

Yes (at least for the Target's I went to). I went to 4 Targets today and didn't have any problems price matching both the Batcave and Helicarrier sets which are both sold out online--although some of the stores were pretty loose with the price match...I had one lady just take my word for it and didn't even wait for my phone to load the right price or use the Target iPad to check herself.

The 735-piece Quinjet is $43.19 online. Use your RedCard and it comes to $41.03.
After buying lots of other LEGO this weekend, I had no interest in this set....but the $41 for 735 pieces is soooo tempting....trying to stop thinking about it....
I need a support group. :/

I bought the Quinjet for $43ish (sale price as Target for with the tax) and if I had the money I'd buy another. Its a fun build, really well built, tough, can be played with and thrown around. I suggest getting one.

Urrrrrr, I missed the Goblin king set, too. I have been waiting it on sale for awhile. Sooo.... hard to catch a deal like this.
Wasn't it too strange that those were sold out too fast, was it? Would Target keep them for Black Friday?

Yes, they have the GK at same price in the store for that one (I'm too lazy to drive out and get a few more in stores :)).
