Re: Toys R Us Buy one Lego get one Half Price & March 10th

I still can't get over the all caps ALL SETS and then list exclusions. Apparently it's not all sets, so don't scream that it is. I gave us on TRU a while back. If you spend a lot of time and align the stars you can get a reasonable deal on occasion but why bother? I'd much rather give my money direc...

Re: 10229 Winter Village Cottage at Walmart.com

just picked this up last Saturday at the local Lego store on sale for $69. Might be worth looking into if you have a Lego store near you

Re: Pick a Brick is actually a good deal!

I wish you all the best, the Austin store has an especially friendly staff and is almost always busy. You can look (stand at the PAB wall and look back at the registers) at the shelf below the cash registers (no, this isn't creepy it's just where they store stuff) to see some elements of PAB that th...

Re: [UK] LEGO Olympic Minifigures Set of 9 for £25.95

Are these exclusive to the UK? Are there any sellers in the US (outside Ebay, etc) offering these? They're cute but a bit too expensive for me. Also the last time I ordered from Amazon UK it took 3 months for it to make it to Texas...

Re: [US] ToysRUs.com MSRP

It works but it's a weird checkout process because if you try to enter the code it doesn't work, but if you read carefully it says it'll show up under the "review" tab, and sure enough it took it off. I purchased Destiny's Bounty, Samurai Mech and used a couple of series 7 figures for fill...

Re: [US] ToysRUs.com MSRP

I was just going to mention that. I wonder if MSRP "Sale" price of Lego's plus the $25 off $125 (20% discount) might actually amount to a reasonable value with TRU. It'd be the first for me in a long while.

Re: Ninjago DVD?

This has all been helpful. I intended to cause any confusion with the season numbers (I use thetvdb.com for most of my episode summaries, etc.) http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=253323&lid=7" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; but I can see now that Lego is calling the s...

Thanks for this, I only have regular HEB's close to me but I may make a trip over to see what I can find, my son's been begging for one of the batman sets he doesn't have yet.

thanks again

Re: Ninjago DVD?

There's a season 2 with 13 episodes. That's the one with the snakes that I'd like on DVD. Season 1 on DVD was only 2 episodes with the skeletons.

Ninjago DVD?

I'm hoping to dig up information about the future availability of Ninjago on DVD. My kids really love the show and we have most of them DVR'd but that's not really a good long-term strategy for keeping it around. Has anyone heard if this is going to be released on DVD, iTunes or any download format?...

Re: Must Sees and Must Misses (if any) at LEGOLAND Fla?

My experience is only with the California Legoland and I hope to get my kids out to the florida one soon. My reason for posting is that I wouldn't avoid the PAB all together. They had many unique pieces that i've never seen anywhere else. It's definitely more expensive (I think I walked out with abo...

Re: LEGO Harry Potter The Burrows - £39.99 ($61 USD)

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this, I ordered one of these and it was quick and easy. They did charge a very small fee to process my American CC but it was still by far the cheapest/easiest way to get this set new.

Love this place, thanks!

I must have missed how you pick it up for $5, is that still available?

Thanks for the review, my son has been asking for this one and it looks like I'll end up getting it for him, just a matter of trying to get it for a reasonable price.

Re: missing whole bag in set 10221

my death star was missing an entire bag out of box 3. I didn't push them too much on how it could happen but I thought they same thing about them weighing every bag. I'm guessing it's what Brickbuilder said, that they don't do that with big bags. With the Death Star they also put them in separate bo...

Just wanted to give a shout out and say thanks for this, I too ordered the Republic Cruiser for all of $90 (including tax.)

Love it, and thanks! I get the B&N coupons and didn't get this one so I'm especially appreciative of the community helping out on fantastic savings.
