Re: Is this a good start to Lego?

Yes all very good sets. I love the Black Pearl. All the ships are great builds. As for keeping them, its up to you. Do you want to sell them to buy other sets? You can also start building your own creations with the pieces that you have from those sets. A lot has to do to how much room you have to k...

Re: [REVIEW] LEGO 853373 Kingdoms Chess Set

Good review. I love the chess sets. This is not my favorite, but I would give it a fair 3/5. For the price you get a large amount of minfigures and you can never go wrong with that.

Re: What do you do with the LEGO boxes?

I love the LEGO boxes. I think their design is what pulls me into a set more than anything. Major kudos to their design team. I also keep all them because it increases the value of the sets if you want to resell them. I don't destroy anything LEGO :)

Re: Planes?

I would like to some fighter jets made. F-22 Raptor, F-16, etc. Like Ultimate Collector series, a few thousand pieces. I think they would be quite popular.

Value Appreciation of LEGO trains

I found an interesting article on the reddit.com lego site about how the value of the LEGO train theme has appreciated quite a bit over time. I actually had one or two of these, but they are long gone now. I sold them to buy new sets, but I sure wish i had them now. I am going to look for a Emerald ...

Re: The Winchester made it to 10,000 votes on CUUSOO!

The main issue I see is the source material which is not a really good fit for LEGO. The movie is Rated R in the US which means it is only suitable for people over 17 years of age. We all know LEGO is not just for kids but they still have standards for their brand and what they want it to represent...
