Yea this is one of those time that even if you have money you can't buy any Lego with it.

Depend on who you talk to. I got 2 sets from my local Target store yesterday and the dude was helpful in bringing me the sets. Today I went to another store for the Hulk set and the dude told me they can't sell it because of the street date. It really depend on who you talk to.

Shop @ Home have Grand Emporium as back order. Toysrus.com still have them for sale at $134.99 + free shipping.

Brickset.com show the Grand Emporium as discontinued as of 03/21/12.
