Hiya Zeya, I think it is two parts but not quite sure. Yup, I thought it was a 1x1 plate with another part attached. Once I find what it is, I will try and source one and get it chromed. The one in the image is silver chromed.

Hi all, had much success with my first 'name that part' and am in need of another part I am in search of. So I think it's a common 1x1 chrome plate placed on what looks like a little hub/spacer.
