My Target had lots of the City sets for 50% off. The ones I found that were interesting to me were the Cargo Terminal for $49.99, 60003 for $19.99, 60020 for $19.99, 4437 for $8.49. Went to the lego store today and found the polybags for 0.48. It may be worth checking stores that may still have stock.

A good deal are the Master Builder Academy sets. They are listed as Lego Mastermind on the website. It's not listed on Amazon, so the likelihood of a better deal is low. They only have 20217 and 20216.
