Contact Amazon, they'll take care of it. I've had a couple of problems with things arriving in 2 days, usually the fault of Lasership (one of the companies Amazon uses along with UPS/USPS/Fedex).

Realistically, due to the size and online aftermarket, people are better off selling this locally. Though the low secondary market prices are certainly a great deal for buyers, I loved getting it from LEGO during the sale and for 50% off?
