Regarding the holiday countdown calendar, I'm a little unclear whether this is similar to the advent calendars, in that there is a separate little set per day to build, or whether this is a small selection of bricks with 24 different projects - with the same set of bricks meant to be used and re-us...

The way those buildings and baseplates are structured in the images, it looks like they're not independent of each other like the Pet Shop is. It really looks like it's two buildings that share a center wall. Which isn't necessarily bad, but not quite as flexible for street layouts if that's the case.

Haunted House has been listed as Sold Out since about the first week of September if I recall correctly. Grand Emporium was sold out around the same time, but has since come back in stock. I've been watching the Haunted House, hoping to catch it in October. I do hope that the Sold Out is just a long...
