It may be a roll back in some stores but the SquareOne had a big yellow Clearance tag on it. ...and I agree legolego, not much of a deal.

The Walmart at SquareOne (Mississauga) has the following sets clearanced for $19.86

Clearances are per-store so I'm not sure about the rest of the Walmart locations.
