MOC modular cornicle idea

Post by PootyLego14 » Fri Dec 25, 2015 7:46 pm

Hi all! I'm new here and I'm just working on a MOC of a restaurant that is in my home town. I've done a pretty good job on all of it until I've gotten to the front cornicle part of the building. I was wondering if any one had any ideas on how to create this section in the most accurate manner. Thank you

This is what I have so far, to give an idea. I'm going to use medium blue and sand green for the top.

Nice! Is the top part (above the window) just a little taller than it should be? Nice brick work on the lower half. Can't wait to see it completed. I've always wanted to try to create in LEGO form sections of my town (around main street) but haven't found the time yet.

Hey thanks a lot! Ya it's probably a couple studs to high now that you mention it. I'll have to change that. Ya you should do it if you ever get the time! I just took lots of pictures and work on a little bit at a time when I have the chance. I've slowed down working on it since the holidays and haven't really thought of any way to build the front top portion.
