[CAN] Luke's Landspeeder at Walmart

Well, they promised it in one of their flier a few weeks back, and now they delivered. I spotted a bunch of Luke's Landspeeder at the Walmart in Barrie Ontario a couple of days ago. They were the standard Walmart price of 13 cents off MSRP, or in this case $34.86.
Who is General Failure and why is he reading my hard disk?
