Target clearance sale

Post by ENeuman600 » Mon Jan 03, 2011 11:22 am

There still some Lego clearance sale at Target however last week that Lego Harry Potter Hogwarts™ Castle was at $110.-- with quanity of 4 then this morning it was hard to find because there were two of those were hiding behind other toys on shelves and now sold out. I purchase two items of Lego Harry Potter Hogwarts™ Castle.

Looks like the space police galactic enforcer is marked down 31% at $69.99. Back to black Friday prices!

Speaking of that galactic enforcer and black friday, I was at my Target on black friday and the day after and it didn't look like they sold very many of those sets at all. The shelves were still packed with galactic enforcers. That set must not sell very well especially at full MSRP.

Lol, yeah they didn't sell many over here at the $69.99 price on black Friday. They have been lining the top shelf still. It will probably have to go to 50% off before they start clearing them out.

I love that set. Great parts though I wish it was the base that was 50%.

I saw 7158 Furno Bike for $14.98, and 8041 Clone Walker Battle Pack for $10.18 in the Framingham Target last night.

Found some decent deals at my Sacramento CA Target, finally some marked 50% off. They had quite a lot of Atlantis, Power Miners and Space Police in the clearance isle. I got:
Smash & Grab $10
Troll Castle $70

This morning I picked up the 7572 Price of Persia Quest Against Time set for 24.98, 50% off. The set has 506 pieces, 4 minifigs, and features serveral spring loaded booby traps and light up gold bricks! I'm not into the PoP movie at all, but I figured It would make a great playset to go with our Indiana Jones minifigs. What a deal at 5 cents a brick too!

They also had 7749 Star Wars Echo Base on clearance for $17.

Just a side note. I only saw these sets at the giant Target Greatland near me. The regular Targets only have the world racers and hero factory on clearance.

It is important to note that not every Target will have the same sales.

My local Target (Valparaiso, IN, yes I finally gave away my location) has the clone and droid battle packs on sale by about a dollar. I picked up the Police Car for 50% off because the box was damaged. They are also getting rid of ALL of the power miners sets for 15% off. They have many Galactic Enforcers on sale, but they are at full retail price of $100.

Yeah sucks since the deals are not corporate wide. I could go for another echo base. For some reason I dig the quest for time set and have 4 of them now. 3 targets near me barely have any clearances and at that only 25% at start. Stuff sells out to fast.

Heh I did that with the Walmart clearance earlier, just before my entry to this board.

All my targets have the Black Friday SPIII Enforcer at 69.99 good thru early Feb according to the tag.

I was stoked to find such a great deal on the PoP set. I love the light up bricks!

I think what gets put on clearance all depends on how much inventory is at each store and how long it has been sitting there. If it was at every Target then it would be more of a "Sale" than a "Clearance"

Target 30% off clearances

Post by sadowsk1 » Sun Jan 09, 2011 3:36 pm

I spotted some world racers and power miners on the shelves at 30% off clearance along with some Ben 10 and Hero Factory. Worth looking around the toy section if those sets are your style.

Also it's my 1000 post!

Saw some Hero Factory on clearance with 50% off

7145 Von Nebula
7162 Rotor
7147 Xplode
7158 Furno Bike

Others sets with 50% off were

5868 Lego Creator Ferocious Creatures
8898 Lego World Racers Wreckage Road (Other world racers sets were 30% off)

I think I also saw Prince of Persia with 50% off.

But Hero Factory already 50% off??? It might be such a bad theme...

Maybe the first wave for hero factory is discontinued.

The Furno bike is very cool - got if for son for Christmas. It comes with the Furno figure as well. Very good price on clearance! Wish I would have checked out Target last week.
