Must check target to see if they mislabeled mine.wgblood wrote:I'm in St Paul, MN and haven't been lucky enough to get a city corner for 14.98 but have seen the camper (7639) at mis-marked at several Targets for $4.24 (75% off of actual price of $16.99). Campers are usually sold out (like the City Corner) but I've managed to grab 4 of them for my daughters.
Anyone else seeing the Camper at this price? It's not clearanced just mistagged on the shelf.
Oh, yeah, I almost forgot - the Ninjago Spinjitzu Dojo (2504) has been mistagged at $39.99 (should be $49.99) at most of the Targets around here.

Re: Target clearance sale
Only thing on sale by me is the galatic enforcer for $69.99. :(
Re: Target clearance sale
All the Targets I've been to in MN still have the campers shelved with the current City product.natelite wrote:campers were in clearance since last round...july/aug? i'm surprised you actually found some.wgblood wrote:I'm in St Paul, MN and haven't been lucky enough to get a city corner for 14.98 but have seen the camper (7639) at mis-marked at several Targets for $4.24 (75% off of actual price of $16.99). Re: Target clearance sale
The camper is still around. I just saw a dozen of them on Saturday, but bought it around Thanksgiving (The end of November) so I didn't bother to scan it.
However at one store the gas tanker truck was $15.09 instead of $19.99 like at the other Target I went to.

Re: Target clearance sale
This is my first post ever, but thought I'd report in.
I've been blessed by my location in Los Angeles to have me sitting close to a number of Targets, so I took a day yesterday and hit them all...
City Camper: $4.24 - Managed to get three of these at one store.
City Corner: $14.98 - A couple Targets had this price. Got four of these total for future presents.
Troll Fortress: $50.48 - Surplus at every store. Bought one, because I like it.
Galactic Enforcer: $25.24! - The West Hollywood Target had MAJOR markdown on this guy. Grabbed three.
Creator Helicopter: $6.48 - A cool set that has a copter/boat/plane combo. Only one store at this price.
Lego Racers: $1.34 - This had to have been a mistake, but that's how they rang up. Cool little vehicles.
Toy Story Train: $30.00 - No idea! One Target just went nuts.
Construct-A-Buzz: $13.01 - Marked down from $25. Not bad.
I'm really happy with how my venture turned out.

Re: Target clearance sale
Nice finds ireladd! The price you found on the Galactic Enforcer is great. Which Target did you find the City Corner at? I'm in the South Bay area of LA.
Re: Target clearance sale
Thanks! The City Corner I found at the Target in Culver City in the Westfield Mall off Sepulveda, not to be confused with the Target 1 mile up the street on Jefferson. The Westfield Mall store has consistently great stock on both new and clearance stuff. If you're in that area at any point, check it out.spacysmoke wrote:Nice finds ireladd! Re: Target clearance sale
It seems that someone hit all Targets here in North Orange County because I can't find any of those sets at those prices...especially the city corner and the camper rings up at full price.
Re: Target clearance sale
No miss prices at Targets near me but I did find a large Quest for Squid set. So I got that for 50% off. I like it for parting out.

Re: Target clearance sale
Thanks for the info. On my lunch break, I was able to find City Corner at that price at the Westminster Mall, CA Target. It was the last one on the shelf though. Camper was at full price. Huntington Beach Target (off Beach Blvd.) was full price for both sets.ireladd wrote:Thanks! Re: Target clearance sale
I checked my local Target (Cupertino, CA) on my lunch break just now, and they had one camper, but it price checked at around $15, so no luck here. They did not have any city corners on the shelf.
Re: Target clearance sale
The three Targets I went to here in Houston today had all the City sets at full price. No discount for me!
Re: Target clearance sale
I did the rounds of some Targets in Los Angeles on Saturday. Los Angeles, as a previous poster mentioned, is blessed with having so many Targets so close to each other! In fact, it was funny, as I routed Targets using my car's navigation system, and as I would drive between two Targets, suddenly I would find another one right off the highway! I ended up going to 11 Targets on Saturday.
Ironically, even though I usually go to the Culver City Targets, I didn't this time because their clearance selection is usually terrible in my experience.
Found three City Corner's for $14.98 in Inglewood, Norwalk and East Los Angeles.
Inglewood and Compton had the best selection of clearance merchandise.
Trolls Fortress and Galactic Enforcer were everywhere!

Re: Target clearance sale
For those lucky enough to get mis-labeled price on sets at your local target, you may want to check out the CMF3. Buddy of mine got them for $.99 in NYC. No luck by me as they don't have CMF3 or any other sets that were mis-labeled.

Target in NYC? Where? The one in The Bronx, just north of the Harlem River?slacker wrote:For those lucky enough to get mis-labeled price on sets at your local target, you may want to check out the CMF3. No sign of any of these in the Framingham, MA Target. And it looks like all the Lego has been removed from the Clearance aisle.ireladd wrote:City Camper: $4.24 - Managed to get three of these at one store.

The one by the Whitestone xpressway. I'm sure his wife cleaned them out for that price.vynsane wrote:Target in NYC? Where?
