20218 Pet store/town house

Feels like a MOC which he does say on the title. Only two floors? If this is the real deal or something close to what they plan to release, it better not be $149.99.

Yeah, so far all LEGO exclusives have been in the 10xxx range of set numbers. 20xxx have been Brickmaster sets.

While the pic above looks a lot like the descriptions I've read of the Pet Store, the house painter is missing (apparently there's someone on the side of the house painting it, with a portion of the house being a different color from the rest, denoting that it's in the process of being painted.

Going to have to say that it's a fake. I know this sounds odd, but it just doesn't look like one of their modular sets.

Yeah, I'd vote fake too. It's a great MOC, but it just seems to lacking that "certain something" that made the other modular buildings so impressive...
LEGO, it's not just a toy, it's an addiction... ;)
