Target also has 8423 World Grand Prix Racing Rivalry for $12, MSRP $14.99 so 20% off. I believe it is only available at Target and Lego Store.

Thanks. I think I am going to get Ultimate Build Lightning McQueen $26.99. It's a super detailed version of Lightning McQueen. I love that these LEGO toys use printed bricks makes them look really colorful.
I love collecting LEGO cars 2 toys. My favorite is Classic Mater.
