Lego Top 25 question

How often is the Lego Top 25 refreshed? I'm looking at it right now and it looks like the #2263 Ninjago Turbo Shredder is holding the number 7 spot. Maybe I don't understand the appeal of Ninjago fully, but I don't know how long it could possibly hang out there for.

That isnt' too accurate right now because LEGO Shop just did some updates to their site from 2am-4am EST. United States only has 20 items, Canada has 3 items, and United Kingdom only has 7 items in the top sellers list. Many other countries (like Australia) don't even have any items right now because I guess no one brought anything from LEGOShop yet.
