30% off 8019 is decent but basically just brings the cdn price to the US Price when you factor the tax. Bought one anyway since they are OOP.

Republic Shuttle is a great set, everything is perfect except that there's only 1 seat in the back. I also saw echo base for 30% off a few weeks ago which is much better than the Superstore clearance. Though, if you can still find it this week, Superstore may be slightly better because of the "no tax" event.

If you haven't done so, you may want to join Chapter's new rewards program called "Plums Rewards". You earn 10 points for every $1 spent. 2500 points gets you a $5 gift card. This essentially works out to be 2% back to your pocket. Much better than HBC/Zellers rewards as that only works out to be 0.5% back (unless you have their Mastercard which only gives you another 0.5%).

I'm surprised to see that they have sold 0 Republic Shuttles and Echo Bases even with the 30% off markdown that was 2 weeks ago. They also have Hyena Droid Bomber and Cooporate Alliance Tank Droid but those are at regular price.

Lots of LEGO Visual Dictionaries but all at regular price and no minifigures in the book. Much better deal ordering online when you get the minifigure plus 48% off and free shipping.

Some stores actually take the minifigs out, but give them to the customer at the time purchase. And the actually put a sticker on the cover that says so. I guess it's not difficult for someone with sticky fingers to easily steal them.
