Lego Downtown DisneyLAND

Does anyone know anything about the Lego store at disneyland in California? Anything great or special about it? Similar to Disneyworld or not (at least before their recent remodel)? We are taking a trip across country next week and will be hitting disneyland as one of our stops.

nothing special for legoland or legostore DL. its all the same stuff you see at walmart, target, trs, or your local lego store. only thing is they have are well stocked shelves. actually they were out of the sensei wu minifig so i had to buy the one with the large battle arena which was a * to pack back home for my son.

agree, nothing special. internally it was larger than the orlando store before being reno (so I don't know how big it will be post reno. Lots of stock of all lego sets, accessories, etc and more than would be carried by a typical lego store or by the toy section in tru, wm, or target. One beef I have with lego stores: they should carry power functions! if not at your local lego store, at least in your larger stores: eg. orlando, anaheim, carlsbad, and chicago.

Anyone know how the Lego Downtown Disney PaB Wall is? Any nice parts?

I agree nothing that special. It is well stocked. I wish my local target had been stocked like it.

Well the downtown disneyland store was pretty good. Not as good as DisneyWORLD last Christmas, although I'm sure that store is even better now with the remodel. Disneyland was certainly better than most of the mall lego stores. Although this was the tiniest PaB wall I've ever seen. Maybe 1/3rd the size of most mall stores. Very unusual and disappointing.

That's right they remodeled the Disneyworld LEGO stores. It supposed to have big LEGO statues outside and more room inside.
