I bought an eBay listing from this vendor to buy full sets of series 1 and 2, and had no problems. He/she sent me an email letting me know that they have CMF5 available now. Here's the link:

Free shipping worldwide, and I guess he can ship them out immediately. A set of 16 will cost you $78 or $4.88 each. If you want select ones, he has differing prices for each. He notes that the bags are opened to verify the figure inside.

It's on the pricey side. I'm pretty sure my order came from Hong Kong, but there was nothing wrong with my shipment. But I make no guarantees.

I think this vendor would be worth considering if you:
- Live in a remote country with spotty Lego availability (free shipping)
- Want to skip the hassle of bag feeling and just want a set of 16
- Absolutely must have CMF5 now, instead of waiting a few more days to be available at TRU (north america)
- Want to catch up on series 1/2/3/4, he has those in stock as well
