Question about TRU rewards program

atmail35, I kind of have the same thing. I just added it up on the "My Purchases" page. I have $329.80 in qualifying purchases between 2/1 and 4/30. And yet on the "My Rewards"->"View and Print Certificates" page, it's showing zero dollars reward for the March and April period and for March it says "No certificates mailed for this month.". The March period is supposed to have the certs available now (May 14th which was Saturday). I might have to call them up and ask what's going on. They didn't paper- or e-mail me the certs for the last period and I almost missed my coupon use, and now this.

Can anyone else please check if they have zero reward balances like I do?

Same problem $0 balance even though I had $156. in qualified purchases.

I have the same problem, $339 in qualifying dollars, but they sent me one $5 reward. I called last week and again on Saturday, I have a reference number from customer service,but I'm still waiting for the other $5 to show up. The rep I talked to on Saturday told me that the other $5 reward was earned in April, and wouldn't show up until two weeks after the end of April because they give you that long to enter receipts for which you didn't use your card. Well, that was 3 days ago, and I still don't see the $5 reward listed for April (which should be available June 14th according to her, but should be showing sooner than that).

Guess it's time to call them again.

I just checked the Rewards site today, and now my $5 is showing up as earned in April, available mid-June. I wonder if that is because I called or whether it was fixed for everyone.

Thanks meyerc for the reminder, I checked my rewards account today and my $5 for "April" is showing and that it will be available June 14th.

Hopefully everyone else's accounts are also showing their rewards. I still hate this program....way more complicated than it needs to be.

The more complicated they make it, the less people will use it.
It's typical business practices.

The next batch of TRU Rewards should be available starting tomorrow 6/14. I just got mine in the mail, which is weird since I'm signed up to get them online. They expire June 30th. I hope TRU has a decent Lego sale between now and the end of the month, not including the free Lighthouse poly since I'd rather not spend $30 ;)

I just printed my TRU reward, which I think is about $5 light since I spent at least $200 in the last period. But I'm not going to waste my time fighting for it. Anyway just wanted to let everyone know that they're available now. You have to use it before the end of this month.

The next batch became available on 8/14, although I have $10 good until 8/31 and $5 from 9/1 - 9/15. :(
