It probably won't be on Amazon. The modular buildings don't seem to ever go on sale there. If you don't mind a bent up box you might snag one for about 5~10% off via their Amazon Warehouse Deals site. That's how I got my MMV (another set that seldom sees a sale).

I might definitely consider getting this Lego Pet Shop 10218 modular set from Amazon as its hard not to resist the tax free and free shipping and its one of the best parts of buying Lego's from Amazon.
But discounts and deals hard to resist as well.

Lucky you if you can get the Grand Emporium 10211 or any large Modular sets at your TRU. Even better is if you can get them with a TRU BOGO deal.
The TRUs by me never have anything like that. I did see the Fire Brigade 10197 once but that's about it for the TRUs close to me.

With the Amazon Warehouse Deals don't you run the risk of not having a complete set and or missing pieces?
I read a few times this has happened and I should also mention that it was not just the Amazon Warehouse Deals it was also the regular Amazon new purchase and other places of retail purchases.
