Kotor - will Lego create a EU set?
Kotor - will Lego create a EU set?
I know that the mmorpg of knights of the old republic will be released soon. Anyone think they will release an expanded universe set for it? I'm not too familiar with the game, any thoughts on what it would/should be of?

The Old Republic is slated for release next year though there are already comics and books that are woven into it's story arc. However it all takes place well after the events of the Popular KotOR titles. It would be neat to see any thing produced on the ancient eras of SW.
The only video game property made into a Lego set was the Rogue shadow from the force unleashed which had alot of development across several media types. Though the sequel didn't do as well.
The Ebon Hawk would be awesome to see. Just have to convince Lego to make that old republic rust-orange in quantity.

Actually, they've made 3 sets based on video games. The tie Crawler and the Tie Defender being the other ones not mentioned.
I'd love an Ebon Hawk set myself, but I think the window of opportunity on that one has been closed a long time.

I think so. Depends more on what George Lucas wants than what TLG wants.
And word is that George and Dave Filoni are trying to wrap up the Clone Wars within a season or 2. SWTOR will likely have its first expansion shortly after Clone Wars is done, and I bet we'll get a few SWTOR sets then!
Darth Malgus minifigure with that Sith fighter seen in the Return trailer would be a huge success.
Not since Darth Maul or Cad Bane have we seen a Star Wars character reach cult fanboy status as fast.
