Even thought the flyer doesn't specifically address this, the 25% off must be in store only, as Battle of Endor is only 10% off online.

Our TRU in Stockton, CA has the Atlantis - Shadow Snapper (8079) on clearance for $23-something and a 25% off clearance price going on that knocks it down to $18-something. Sorry for not having the exact pricing.

I bought 2 Lego games w/ the 25% off and 2 Series 5 minifigs at $2.50 each, so those deals are confirmed.
Our TRU has the Lego Creator trees and snowmen polybags for $3.99 (actually 10% off) now that the season's coming around. This might be common knowledge, but I thought I'd share anyway.

They almost forgot to give me the Ninja Princess minifig magnet. I'm glad I read about it here and asked when paying.

Yes, however, unless it states specifically on the coupon that it's in store only, these are good online. It'll say: In store purchase only, or, : to redeem online: ...

The Star Wars lego say neither, which lead me believe the prices would be good online, and thus I was confused when yesterday they weren't. However, today they are - so, I purchased Battle of Endor for effectively 17.5% off (25% off the increased TRU price) and got a free Ninjago shrine to boot.
