I think Tim Drake wore/wears it, too. Maybe it's Red Robin now?Mantisking wrote:That's the new Damian Wayne version of the Robin costume.natelite wrote:Robin is red instead of his usual colors.

Wow those are like horrible Chinese knock offs of the old sets.
Less pieces, worse designs and most likely higher cost.
What a winner!

I feel sorry for all the folks that spent $100's on 2006 Batman sets.Brick & Blue wrote:Wow those are like horrible Chinese knock offs of the old sets.

I think these newer incarnations are fantastic.
The Batmobile is updated, no longer has the tube sides and won't fall apart when your kids play with them.
For instance the old Batwing, Bat tank, and even the tumbler Fall apart so easily, and quite honestly, have some janky elements. Over the years I've had to reinforce them with extra bricks so my kids can swooosh! them. It will be nice getting some updated designs.
The new Batcave looks like such a fun improvement with playable pieces.
the new Tim Drake/Damian Wayne Red Robin is awesome!
the new Two Face is more comic accurate with the colorful suit.
I also like the fact we get a new Blue Batman in the $10 dollar set.
All of the prices are affordable. The vehicles are cute. They will be more sturdy which translates into better swooshability.
The Superman set is above and beyond expactions. LEX LUTHOR in his POWER SUIT!!!!!
Superman, Wonder Woman, and Lex in Power Suit for $20?
A Batmobile that doesn't have stickers for headlights??
Sign me up all day.

Yeah. Looking at the picture again, it's Red Robin/Tim Drake. If it were Robin/Damian Wayne the legs would be black with green boots. And you'd have to use the stubby non-bending legs too.TClone wrote:I think Tim Drake wore/wears it, too. Maybe it's Red Robin now?
Re: 2012 LEGO Super Heroes (Summer)
Hey guys, I was reading an article at Brick Heroes, and the pics have now been revealed.
Click here to see what I mean: http://www.brickheroes.com/2011/11/lego ... -inedites/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
These are very interesting, and they will bring up a lot more speculation, I'm sure. Personally, I think that 6864 Batman vs Two Face set is the coolest.
Regarding the LEGO Batman 2: Super Heroes game picture revealed, you can comment on that at this topic: http://www.toysnbricks.com/forums/viewt ... =53&t=4077" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Enjoy the pics. Live the bricks. Speculate the sets.

But now they changed his cape to black from yellow, so I think it's the Young Justice * Grayson Robin.Mantisking wrote:natelite wrote:Robin is red instead of his usual colors.Mantisking wrote:That's the new Damian Wayne version of the Robin costume.Yeah. Re: 2012 LEGO Super Heroes (Summer)
I think one could make a convincing X-Men Sentinel using Bionicle/Hero Factory parts
The X-men Storm and Xavier in a floating wheel chair would be a cool minfigures
I like how they did Superman and Wonder woman minfig- but I would rather Lex didn't have
an option for a hair piece ( I'd preferred him forever bald!)
The all black angular batman minfig has a very modern day dark knight look.
The head mask for the blue and grey retro batman version is a bit too angular and modern day
but his companion robin is perfect.
I like how lego did Poison Ivy, The Joker, Harley, and the Riddler
those minfig design capture the essense of their crazyness
I think the Penguin and Mr Freeze would translate to minifigs very well too.
Killer Croc, Firefly, and King Tut would be easy minifigs to do too.
Two Face and Bane were problematic as Lego minifig designs go -
they didn't come out as nice. For Two Face - the difficultly is
the detailing two different sides on such a small surface. The
problem with Bane is of size - Bane supposedly is about 2x bigger
and stronger than Batman when he fights batman - so having
Bane the same size as Batman doesn't really work.

Rogue, Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, Cyclops, and Jean Grey would look great as minifigures.

April makes sense, because that gives them a month or so to build (more) hype for the movie. Anyway, the sooner the better!

Wolverine doesn't have hands? How's my Wolverine gonna hold his beer?
Re: 2012 LEGO Super Heroes Marvel (Summer)
The way the claws are angled Id say it looks like he still has hands its just something hes holding like in the PoP sets.
