And just like a real lunch truck, it has no room inside!

This looks very well-done and thought-out. It seems as if you put a lot of work and time into it. I really like the small details in it such as the little LEGO salt-shakers and the cupboards in the truck. This piece looks as if it would be in the LEGO Store on the shelf in the City section. Now that I think about it, this set is
much better designed than most City sets!
VERY well done.

I really like this! The amount of detail you put in really does make this look 'offical'. I checked out some of your photos in your Flickr photostream and I really like your town/city MOC, especially your grocery store. The freezer looks awesome!

You deserve it dho7622u! This is quality work! Have you ever thought of putting your creations on
http://lego.cuusoo.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;? I'm sure they'd get at least a few supporters.

Thanks for the faith, but I think that is a bit out of my league....Just a casual newby. Pretty incredible stuff on the site, tho.
And thanks, ICE, for the highlight! Awesome to feel like part of the cool kids for once in my life!

I don't like the orange door. It seems too out of place there, without some more orange surrounding it.

I see the girl in the truck is wearing gloves, just as all food prep people do, but she should have her hair either in a cap or pony tail. Finding a lock of her flowing hair in a sandwich would be disastrous for business. Which might explain why there's only one guy in the line up.

Dear TLG, we see here a City vehicle with good play value that isn't a firetruck or police car. It isn't even something with a trailer for horses, boats, or ATV or other rich vacationers stuff. It isn't even a trash truck or road matience/construction vehicle. Take note please.

Thanks guys!
The orange door was the only set that I had handy, and wanted it to try to be some colour at least (almost all my first models were in solid white or grey)! But I can see your point and I appreciate your note.
YOU ARE SO RIGHT about the hair net! Especially when I took the minute to think about the hands- good call. I think I was just bored with the standard female Lego hair!
And thanks about the comment to Lego, but I think it s pretty specific- limited appeal...and the parts are pretty uninteresting- nothing too unique. Just something to do with all the orange parts from the truck in the small airplane kit.

Makes me think an older styled pick up truck filled with stuff in the back for an antique/2ndhand/junk dealer would also meet these requirements.
Also:
A Moving Van
A normal sized tow truck
Ice Cream Truck
A Plumbers/electrician/Apliance Repair/Exterminator work truck

This is the second awesome food truck I've seen on this site, the first being:
http://www.toysnbricks.com/forums/viewt ... =29&t=2522" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (which is on LEGO CUUSOO, by the way). Hopefully LEGO gets the hint soon. If enough people support one of these on CUUSOO, maybe they will.

The other one is AWESOME- much more detailed than mine. I hope that it gets some votes on CUUSOO.
and oddly, the same lady runs both!
