Last time they had the 20% off technic stuff I bought 2 sets of the Power Functions Accessories Kit (1 M motor, receiver, light, 6xAA battery box, etc.) for my technic front loader to motorize it.
I realize there are some new, more efficient motors that can run on the 6xAAA battery box that are supposed to run just as well as the old motors on the new 6xAAA battery box. My guess is that the motor in this accessory kit won't be those new, more efficient motors. So would it not be wise to stock up on these accessory kits?
Any thoughts?

Typo in above post, should have said:

I guess you just have to really ask yourself if you really need newer motors. If what you have now works fine then there's probably no need to replace them unless you think that the efficiency will save you money on batteries down the line.
