Thats strange, did you enter your postal code? I had to enter it as the discount didn't show up for me earlier too. The technical problems seems to be gone now as everything is working properly.

I just went into the my cart on the S@H site just to mess around again, and the holiday promo set is finally showing. Like you said, everything is working now. I already placed my order earlier though so I'll just leave it as is and deal with it with a phone call tomorrow or Monday.

Got the Imperial Flagship and Tank Truck along with a few small odds and ends. 25% off those two sets, plus 10% off my entire order, plus holiday set 2/2, plus free shipping all worked for me/

I was over $500 too. All day I was so excited for this sale....what a bummer. I hope we all get our sets.

This is probably not environmentally friendly (nor will the mailman be happy ), but you should place 3 separate orders if its $500.

That way, you can get 3 holiday sets.

You should be able to call your store and they should have a recording with what time they open. I'll see if I can find the answer on the web for you. Ours opens at 4 a.m.

Placed two orders right around midnight. None of the bonuses showed up, but I checked out anyway in fear of things selling out. Now they're all updated to reflect free shipping, free gift and 10% off, so it's all good.

Go to Lego shop at home and at bottom type in your zipcode for your store. You should be able to find your state and store hours on the site. Ours opens at 4 a.m. I hope this helps.

My order is now visible from order status, in addition, the holiday set is there (although it was missing when I placed my order). Whew.. saved me a call!

Yes, it was working in most of the parts, but my earned VIP was not showing correctly. Will call customer service next week to fix it.

When the sale just went live, I saw some sort of free star wars magnet set or something in my checkout basket (maybe they messed up for the holiday set). Few minutes later, I see no free set or free shipping at all. Just says to call them.

I did get my extra 10% off though.
