Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
My order from last night is now visible, and the 10% off, the holiday set and the free shipping have been added on.
However, the 25% discounts for the items themselves have completely disappeared. And the 10% is calculated based on having the 25% off :s
(I saved the webpage though, so I'm not totally screwed)

Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
I'm going through my order on the "order status" page and I've noticed the shipping address is missing a thing here and there. When ordering I had clearly put the Unit number and the business name of my dad's workplace (getting it shipped there since usually there's no one at my home to receive an order). Right now, the shipping address has the regular info but no unit number nor business name. What...? When I was placing my order they tried to change my address suggesting it was wrong but I said to "accept current address". And they still forcibly change it? I'm guessing when they were changing my order to have the discounts applied (when I had placed my order initially, none of the discounts were applied; later on they changed things and fixed up the discounts to be applied to my order), they also changed the address, but for the worse.

Damn, hadn't noticed that. So they removed the discounts and screwed up my address. Hooray.
EDIT: Actually, the total on the order is correct for all the discounts and free shipping, despite the numbers not adding up at all. So I guess I'm ok

Might be just a case with mine, since when I was originally ordering the website had tried to suggest to me what they thought was a correct address (which wasn't, because it lacked the business name and the unit number) but I said to continue with the address I wrote.joseph.blow wrote:Damn, hadn't noticed that. My guess is when they later on applied the discounts to my order they also "fixed" my address (back to the one the website had originally suggested, which was missing business name and unit #).

I guess they finally really broke their system . The invoices have been way off for a while now, especially with on sale items.
Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
And they just redesigned their website... something must not quiet work right with their databases.

Placed my order with S@H last night at 12:07. The invoice was super crazy, but this morning all looks well. Free set, 10% and no shipping. The total is correct, but the math is wrong to get to that total? As long as I gets my Emerald Nights everything is fine by me. Hope things work out for everyone. Happy hunting.

Got my invoice via e-mail now. Everything looks good.

Looks like they fixed my order for 2 emeralds and I just got my confirmation email.
Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
Looks like the only set they did run out of is the 'Emerald Night' - all the others are still available (at least the 'Online Exclusives').

Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
Just wondering, are the Lego S@H hotlines available today? The English one I think is US based but the French one I think might be in Canada. The reason I think that it may be in Canada is because I called that one yesterday about the sales being available in-store and when I mentioned the Fairview store the CSR said her closest store was also Fairview Mall or something.

Yes, i belive the french line is in canada. Theres a lego center in ontario, but i heard theres like only a few employees as its mainly meant for quebec/french speaking canadians.Toronadian wrote:Just wondering, are the Lego S@H hotlines available today? Just got back from The LEGO Store in Patomac Mills, VA. It was pretty crowded but there were some good deals. Not too shabby.

My order went through but it didn't say the VIP points for my order. Anyone else have this happen? Hope they correct that.

LEGO is usually very good about making customers happy. If the VIP points did not apply call them and give them your receipt ID number and they'll correct it. And welcome to ToysNBricks.Rhodebrick wrote:My order went through but it didn't say the VIP points for my order. Anyone else have this happen? Hope they correct that.

Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
I just got an email from Lego that my Imperial ship and AT-OT are cancelled from last night. I will get the Emerald Knights. I ordered right when the sale went live. It's not the end of the world...but I know I had to be one of the first to put an order in.********I am adding on here. I just got off the phone with Lego. They can't do anything they are out of the item. I asked how they could keep selling it if they were out. She told me that the system made a mistake. My son and husband are off to the Lego store to get one. The store has a few of the ships and several of the AT-OT's. I am a little upset with Lego online. I know they can't give me what they don't have, but I feel that they should have called the store and shipped it to me. The explanation I was given is that even though I ordered right away, it did not process until today. Huh???? I really do hope all of you receive your orders and have a nice holiday weekend!!
Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
I was stoked to get a 50% off card (1 of the 4 the store had for the day), made for some amazing deals. Thanks LEGO!!

Re: [US/CA] Lego Black Friday Deals 2011
My local Lego store had all of the listed sets in stock and 25% off. Finally got the Imperial Flagship and a few odds and ends to get to $150 so I could get the 10% off. Not a bad deal at all.
