I placed an order for the Imperial Flagship and the Transportation Set about 90 minutes after the sale went online. I had a hard time getting the order to go through, which is why I "waited" 90 minutes. I got a confirmation number, but no email. The site still just says "in process". I hope it goes through and I get my sets, after reading here that people's orders have been cancelled...

my order went through about the same time as yours and I never did get a confirmation email. However, I checked the site just a couple of hours ago and my order status changed from "in process" to "shipped". I have yet to receive an email regarding my purchase.

Within the last few minutes, their website "reloaded" and many items are now listed as "SOLD OUT".

I would give them a few days to ship things out. I placed several orders and all of them are "In Process". It's most likely the busiest time of the year for them!

I was doing some experimenting with Lego's website last night, and came across something interesting.
If I browse with Google Chrome, many items are listed as available, and I can add them to my cart AND checkout!
However, if I load the exact URLs from either Firefox or Safari, they are listed as SOLD OUT. If I have items in my shopping cart from my login on Google Chrome that Safari or Firefox reports as Sold Out, when I go to checkout it causes an error message with debugging text.
So it seems they have major computer issues with their inventory and ordering system. I can successfully place an order for "Sold Out" items using my Google Chrome browser (I tried). It is very strange.

I placed 2 orders but only got 1 order confirmation. Order status shows both orders as "in process". No shipping confirmation yet.
Many of the sets are now either showing up as sold out or backorder. Though, I think the backordered items (especially Tantive IV) will change to sold out soon like what happended to the Emerald Night and Imperial Flagship earlier.

The order I placed that included the flagship states "in process" (so do all my other orders I placed - a couple of toy shops and other sets). I am crossing my fingers that it will not get cancelled!!!
I am hesitant getting the Tantive for the Canadian price - still too expensive at Canadian MSRP...

on the today's offer right at the shop page it shows winter toy shop price: 0.00 and available now. but when you add that into the bag then it's the discount price of 45. how funny, wouldn't that be something.

To those who had items cancelled from their orders (or entire orders cancelled): Did you ever receive any confirmation emails? What was your online order status right before the cancelleation? Did it say "In Process"?
My order for the Flagship was placed soon after the sale went live, and someone at LEGO has even gone in and fixed the online invoice so that the discounts and free set are now showing up. However, it still says "In Process" while a second order that I placed for some different items about an hour later (when the site was fixed) has already shipped (and I received an order confirmation and shipping confirmation for that one already, even though it was placed AFTER the first one!) I have yet to see any confirmations for the Flagship order. I will be PISSED if it gets cancelled, because I spoke with a Shop at Home rep on Wednesday regarding an old order and he mentioned to me about their Friday sale. He said he couldn't tell me what items were being discounted but he strongly recommended I go online right at midnight and order the Flagship because it is being discontinued. So I did exactly what he suggested. I didn't even know it was going to have an additional discount. And now it looks like I won't get it at all. I've already called twice and both times they told me my items were picked for shipment (that is what "In Process" means apparently) and they had no explanation why my more recent order went out first nor why I never received any communication regarding the first order. It seems like people who ordered later on when the site was fixed will actually get the sets they ordered while us earlybirds will get zip!
