Thundarr wrote:To those who had items cancelled from their orders (or entire orders cancelled): Did you ever receive any confirmation emails? What was your online order status right before the cancelleation? Did it say "In Process"?

My order for the Flagship was placed soon after the sale went live, and someone at LEGO has even gone in and fixed the online invoice so that the discounts and free set are now showing up. However, it still says "In Process" while a second order that I placed for some different items about an hour later (when the site was fixed) has already shipped (and I received an order confirmation and shipping confirmation for that one already, even though it was placed AFTER the first one!) I have yet to see any confirmations for the Flagship order. I will be PISSED if it gets cancelled, because I spoke with a Shop at Home rep on Wednesday regarding an old order and he mentioned to me about their Friday sale. He said he couldn't tell me what items were being discounted but he strongly recommended I go online right at midnight and order the Flagship because it is being discontinued. So I did exactly what he suggested. I didn't even know it was going to have an additional discount. And now it looks like I won't get it at all. I've already called twice and both times they told me my items were picked for shipment (that is what "In Process" means apparently) and they had no explanation why my more recent order went out first nor why I never received any communication regarding the first order. It seems like people who ordered later on when the site was fixed will actually get the sets they ordered while us earlybirds will get zip!

That is exactly what happened to me. My first order of the Flagship and AT-OT were cancelled. I was on right when the sale went live. Shop at Home had no explanation other than that it was processed later and they were out of stock. My husband and son went to a Lego store and picked one up, but I was upset that Shop at Home did not have a better explanation. I then see the Flagship online today for sale and ordered another. It processed. How can that one go through, but my order at 12:04 be cancelled??

@ Thundarr: I ordered within 2-3 minutes of the sale starting. I received a confirmation email yesterday, when my order was "in process". Today the whole order (10195, 10198, 10210) has been in "customer service" status since this morning. 10210 was cancelled on me this afternoon. No idea what's going on. Tried calling and gave up waiting.

I'm not holding out much hope for my other 2 items at this point. If the whole thing gets cancelled on me I'm going to send Lego a scathing email...

Still shows the 25% off discount for me - their inventory and pricing must really be messed up...
I see the discount when I add them to cart...because I was checking the deals and sales page...but they didn't appear in there

Well my order was a mess as well. I did get a shipping notice but had to call to get my VIP points credited and then the difference sent to my cc. The page said to call the 800 number due to technical difficulties but at 12 am EST they were closed. Fearing a sell out I placed the order for the Flagship but didn't include the extra 15 dollars in sets that would essentially have been free with the 10% off at 149.99 discount. I did get the Santa set freebie included (which didn't show up at checkout). So I should have just ordered the extra sets and they would have sorted it all out on the back end. They refused to do so the next day though.

Received an email that my order for the Tantive and the free holiday set and free glued star wars magnet set has been shipped. Didn't get an order confirmation earlier for this though.

No word on my Imperial Flagship order yet. But I did get an order confirmation for this.

UPDATE: Still no emails from them, but now my Flagship order says "Shipped" on the Shop at Home website and everything appears to be there. So I feel a little more relaxed now.

It looks like they added a few more sets to the sale section. Earth Defense HQ (7066), NinjaGo Battle Arena (2520), Mill Village Raid (7189), and the AT-AT walker (8129).

Doesn't look like the AT-AT walker is on sale in Canada? No love for canucks from lego?

It is on sale. Canada site = $104.99 (reg.$139.99). US site = $82.48 (reg.$109.99).

My order for public transport and a Cars 2 set just shipped. Another order for Imperial Flagship and Tantive IV shows "customer service." I spoke to them about it yesterday, and I indeed the billing address did not match the CC (even though I clearly entered it correctly when I firs did it. Their system switched it when the discounts were added on). She told me it would comtinue to say "customer service" for a while but that I'm good to go, otherwise. Still, very frustrating. I will call again tomorrow. I already have an Imperial Flagship that I bought recently and is still sitting in a closet, so was planning on returning that one, so I'm too concerned about missing out on the Flagship, just the Tantive.

For me, Saturday Deal is much better than Black Fridady. Most of the items on sale are on my wishlist. I always thought that S@H does offer deal for clearance items only. What a surprise with this latest selections. On the other hands, 25% - 50% off from S@H with excellent customer service is a good deal, better than "BOGO 50% off" deal. So I ordered ....

1 AT-AT Walker (25% off)
1 Mill Village Raid (25% off)
1 POTC Battle Pack (50% off)
1 Alien Conquest Battle Pack (50% off)

Just slightly over $149 to get 10% off. I am still struggling on Earth Defense HQ.

Thanks for your posts.

Ahh there's the problem. I had to add it to my cart first. I probably shouldn't do these things in the wee hours of the morning.

What the heck....the 'checkout' button is not working for me. It does nothing when I click it...

EDIT: I figured it out now: apparently me signing in through VIP is the reason :what?:

Mill Village Raid addition got me to place a 4th order.
Got shipped statuses of first 3, but no VIP points.

The VIP points credit usually takes a few days after the order has been shipped... I don't know why but that's how it's been for my oders in the past.

Going to be very broke after this one!

Just an FYI - The 10211 Grand Emporium wasn't on the sale, but it is now listed as "SOLD OUT".

The order I placed Friday has now shipped.

I have found that Google Chrome does not like the Lego website, showing information that is not correct. I have no idea why this is, but that's my experience. For best results, it seems you should use something else.
