i just picked a few of the city trucks. they were out of stock when i tried this morning but were available when i tried again this afternoon.

also bought a couple of the sw freeco speeders @ 50% off. automatically got $7 off my order since the total was over $70 and got free shipping too!

at the rate i'm going right now for buying discounted legos, i'm gonna be good for my kids bdays and xmas next year too!

As far as the B&M stores, no. They are on line only. On black Friday I saw a PQ set on Clarence but nothing more since. I did ask an employee and they checked, but seems like it is just online.

anyone experiencing a delay in delivery on their orders from this particular clearance sale? i just received an email message from target stating that my order has been delayed and has a new estimated delivery date of 1/20/12 (my original date was 12/20/11) at first i was thinking with the xmas rush, that was the cause for the delay but 1 month after makes me think they're out of stock. i had gotten the city trucks that i was possibly hoping to give my boys for xmas this year but i guess it will have to wait till next year. good thing i had already gotten all their gifts and this was just going to be a bonus as i couldn't resist this sale...

Yes. I had one item (red Creator car) delayed 'til Jan 20 as well. The others (Atlantis) arrived yesterday. Gotta love 50% off!

Update: and I agree with legodad that these items will eventually be cancelled and not shipped. Worth waiting for, though.

I ordered two Bentley Bust Outs and two City of Atlantis sets (plus fillers - two separate orders), and only received three of the four big items. Target gave me no hassle when I called though - they refunded me the $34.99 + tax, no questions asked.
