Chapters has them either near the checkouts or the kids/toys section. In the checkouts, they're usually in the original minifigure boxes. In the kids/toys section, they're most likely not in the boxes anymore and are placed along with other little toy packets/accessories. If you can't find them at Chapters, try Coles.

I ordered 36 minifigures from Chapters.ca a while back and didn't get a complete set. Good thing London Drugs, Chapters and Coles still has them! I'm so happy I'm finally done with this series.

It might be worthwile to wait for a 20% or 25% off all LEGO - they do have them on a couple of times a year. You can usually combine this with their coupons... However, I don't know when the coupon OLDEC11 will expire. In any case, it's not even 20% off anymore due to the change in free shipping from $25 pre coupon to $25 to after coupon (essentially $30 now).

Since they only ship the actual gift card in about a week, you have to commit to buy in advance of any sales or coupons or hope they arrive in time to use on current sales or in conjunction with available codes. Increments of $25 available now. They also accept paypal which is good (at least for those that generate lego income from reselling)
