Hello From North Carolina

Post by greanie2011 » Mon Feb 13, 2012 4:54 pm

Hello all,
I have been reading posts and news from this site for a while now. I currently have been collecting alot of Train and City items, and Minifigures (like every other Lego fan out there).
Just wanted to share the experience with other LEGO enthusiasts, as i have been enjoying Legos since i was a child and now as an Adult (25) i am able to indulge my compulsive need to purchase "My-Precious-Toys".

Let me know if you are In the North Carolina area we can hopefully trade or keep an eye out at our local Lego and toys-r-us stores.

-John

Appreciate all the warm welcomes.
And WOW! I havent been into legos as much in the recent years, but within the last couple months there have been tons of news with upcoming releases.
Marvel, DC, Monsters, Modulars.....

Besides Toy N Bricks, where else does everyone ready news about legos from?

There are MANY LEGO fan sites/forums on the internet. Here are a few websites that I browse daily:
Brickset The LEGO Database, nearly every single LEGO set produced is listed on this website. You can keep track of you current collection, and put sets on you 'want' list. In addition to that, you get the latest LEGO news and reviews.
The Brothers BrickGreat set to read about amazing MOCs other LEGO fans have created.
Eurobricks News, and a very active forum. Lots of things to read in the forums and you can discuss and post your MOCs for others to see.
FBTB Mostly based on Star Wars, but covers other LEGO topics as well.

Hey guys, I'm (sorta) new. Never took the time to introduce myself when I originally joined. I "rediscovered" my love for Lego in the past year, and I just wanted to thank everyone on here for helping me find such sweet deals.

I'm willing to help out/trade with/buy from my fellow North Carolinians.
