I thought so. They also had the Ultimate Build Lightning McQueen for $15 but I passed on it. There were about four of them left.... if they drop the discount further I may go for it too.... not sure... kinda on the fence about the cars stuff. I primarily have been getting Harry Potter and Star Wars stuff and stockpiling them for my son... not sure if I want to pick up more Cars stuff or not... though the V-8 Cafe for 75% off...I couldn't pass it up.

Saw a Flo V-8 Cafe for $40 still hanging around one local store. Another location had some Cars 2 stuff red-stickered but no discount.

It's crazy that there is that much variance in price from place to place. When I found the V8 cafe it was marked down to $30 and then it was marked down again from $30 to $15. I'm not even a big Cars fan but at that price I had to get it.

Found a Ninjago fire temple at walmart today. It rang up full price (120). Am i the only one who is extremely annoyed with how Walmart handles "deleted items" (i.e. pull it back to original price) ? Other retailer like Kmart and Target have their price dropped AND STAY dropped. THAT's how you get rid of stuffs quickly!!!!

I found LEGO set 7593 - Buzz's Star Command Spaceship the other day.. normally $30 for $7. They had two so I picked up one and directed a lady shopping with her grandson toward the other.

Ok, so I haven't been in a Walmart for over a month. I decided to stop by and to my surprise I found a Whitecap Bay for $40, Knight Bus $17, Cannibal Escape $17 and get this (2) Hogwarts Express for $39.90. I've been in this Walmart probably 6 times Jan-Feb and never saw any of these. Crazy!

Why is it that almost nobody post the location of the walmart where they scored? It would help other people identify where to go or where to avoid. And we don't have to post questions for those location and then waiting for replies. Save everybody's time and effort, guys!!

What the bleep? Today my son is home sick. On the way home from the Dr's office we stop at Walmart and check out the LEGO aisle but see no large Star Wars sets. You know what we are looking for. We head to the clearance toy section and there it is, a Falcon. Scan it: 139? I bring it to a manager and ask them what's up. The excuse is deleted items get put in that section but not always on sale. This set is being deleted from systems? That's a surprise. I'll be watching it of course but I'm sure someone will be there before us.

On another note I DID find 1 Escape from Dragon Prison at $15. I argued that I had bought one at clearance for less during the clearance and asked them to look up the history. Didn't really come up being older so he asked how much I had paid and I said I thought it was 12. He honored it and it was 12.75 total. Now I get home and realize it was in fact 9.90 (have the receipt, from a different Walmart). Worth going back for an adjustment? Only reason I would go back is that I had been in this very store a few months ago when it was 9.90 and they showed 6 in stock but an employee told me it was an error.

I'd be happy with the deal you got. I've seen plenty of cases where my local Wal Mart puts everything on clearance only to restock at MSRP a week later. We all know that was a clearance item, but the store could argue that it was just a sale price and they had no obligation to give it to you for less than $15. Nothing in their price match policy states that they need to honor a sale price after the sale.

As for the Falcon, Wal Marts around here are still stocking the Falcon at MSRP, I think it's only the smaller stores that had it on clearance. I lucked into one at Shopko when they had them on clearance, but those disappeared fast. I've only seen one Wal Mart that had them on clearance, but the price wasn't great so I passed.

I just checked my local Walmart's clearance and found a 7674 V-19 Torrent for $30. I have never before even seen this set in the store, so either they're displaying old stock or someone returned a MISB set. At first I thought it was a newly released set and checked for it in the Lego isle.
