I got some Lego friends booklets at a promo at Toysrus a month or so ago at one of their Friends builds and the booklet had a similar coupon in It. We recently visited Orlando and decided not to use after speaking with some people in the area. Also was told there is a parking fee similar to Disney parks daily parking fee, that most people won't know until they drove there. I know some people may be dollar conscious, so just putting it out there.
