Series 3 Minifigs $1.99 @ Urban Outfitters

For the last several months, Urban Outfitters in Columbus carried Series 3 Minifigs for $6.99. They were on the novelty item racks on the upper level next to the housewares items.

And then 4 or so weeks ago they marked them all down to $1.99 and they cleared out within a few weeks.

* The store I visited was across from Ohio State University so it's always hoppin with college kids who are more likely to clear out such a deal. 4 weeks ago was also the start of Spring Quarter, when students were flush with college loan cash to blow.
* This might sound a little late... But then it might be a good idea to check your local Urban Outfitters to see if they have any in stock. Urban Outfitters isn't exactly known for carrying Legos after all.
