Been checking the KMART website ever since the great blowout of last spring. This came up today for the first time as available:

LEGO Apple Tree House 5891 - 34.00

An Heroica set is on clearance as well, but not as exciting.

Thanks. I bought 2 to get free shipping and used "RETAIL5" promo code to get $5 off. $63 plus tax for 2 is pretty good IMO.
