I would assume so, since all their current (and upcoming) locations are all in Ontario. On their website, they refer to themselves as 'Canada's Premier Specialty Toy Retailer'.

I scouted my local Mastermind before the coupon took effect. They didn't have any sets that I wanted to buy. Good thing it was within walking distance.
