I got the same 2 email just now. And no Pirate in the list. I called them and they said they are sold out. I said I could even wait till they get stock to ship me, she said it's only while supplies last. Too bad. I might return an item I added just to go over $99.

I don't see the game in either of my two orders either. This is a huge bait and switch (the code should have expired). No one is really complaining? Just return the order? Do they have free shipping on returns? I did the orders because there was an extra $15 value added. I would be okay with a $15 substitute (non-DUPLO or accessory).

I also, did not get emails until this evening, 1 minute apart, confirming and announcing shipment.

Got my confirmation today, and the game, mini sopwith, and monster car are all on my shipping notice (along with the big sopwith :)

Now to wait until Oct for the haunted house and double VIP :)

I called as soon as I got the emails. The customer service rep told me she saw the game on my order, but it wasn't on my invoice or shipping because they already sold out. I left survey feedback that they should proram the promo codes so they don't take once the offer is sold out. I will return the 2 Hyabusas to the store.

I didn't even notice that the game wasn't on the confirmation e-mail. Then again, I never look at them since Lego has never made mistakes on orders before. Then when I got the shipping confirmation the other day, I ignored it too. But then when I got my package last night, without the game in it, I looked back at everything and the game shows up nowhere and when I click the order number on my account at S@H, it doesn't show the game there either.

But I just got off the phone with S@H and he said that they have a record of my entering the code and that the bonus deal was very popular and that the game is on back-order. He said that it should arrive within two weeks and to give a call if I haven't received it by then. I asked why it didn't show up in my order history and he said he didn't know but that it shows on their end. OK, Lego is one of the best companies out there and I have no reason to doubt them, so I will wait the two weeks. I just wonder why when I look at the S@H site, why the Pirate Plank game shows as "Available Now".

I'll post on this again, in two weeks or so. :)

Mine was not on my confirmation email and not on the order when they looked it up. They claimed it would still arrive with my shipment, but it did not. When I called after the shipment arrived, they said that enough people called to complain it had been dropped off of their order that they went and checked all orders processed on 9/21 (the day after the promo) and used the code, then had the computer add it to those orders. That was yesterday, today I got the shipment notification! So all should be good for those in the same boat.

Fri night I got the survey email for my 9/20 order. I explained the reason for the low ratings I gave in the comment section. Today, I got an email stating that because of the email they were sending me a Pirate Plank game in 3-8 bus. days. HAPPY ENDING!

I had to email them to get them to ship the pirate plank out to me. Otherwise I don't think I would have gotten mine either. I don't mind them shipping it out later but the whole thing struck me as if they were trying to not ship it out unless I contacted them first. Normally LEGO doesn't seem to do that so this is weird and disappointing.
