I was a fan of Lego back in the late 80's. I remember sitting in the floor playing with my LEGO Space sets when I watched the first episode of ST:TNG. Twenty-five years later, I'm back with with a son that's into City and a daughter that loves Friends. However, sometimes it seems the other way around. Fortunately, they are mostly compatible. So, having a treehouse full of fireman and Olivia running the mining camp occurs frequently.

I'm getting the Haunted House set with my tax money. I put a duplicate Harry Potter and Hedwig on my Monster Fighter squad. I have a 2 year old daughter but she mostly breaks Lego sets now. She'll learn and hopefully the Friends line will stick. My wife loves the pink bricks, hates the figures. She's old school, too.
