FS/ FT - Grand Emporium - Bags 1, 2, 3 not complete

Would anyone be interested in some unopened bags from the Grand Emporium Set 10211? There is not a complete set here, just a few of each of the numbered bags and an unnumbered bag (the one with the big windscreens).

I just noticed a number 3 (top one in the pic w/ the # 3 bags) and a number 2 bag (the small one) were opened. There is also a zipper bag with additional parts (see pics).

Forgot to say that I also have a 32 x 32 tan baseplate.

Do any of the bags have pieces to the billboard? My 2 year old son got a hold of mine and it's missing pieces...

The online directions say the #3 bags would have the billboard. There are some of the parts you would need, but I don't think it would all be there. There aren't that many light blue and yellow tiles in the bags I have.

I am still selling. I counted each bag and there are about 800 parts of the 2182 that are in the full set. Please send an offer.
