Is the Maersk Train set (10219) really retired?

I'm wondering since the set still appears on the Lego Store. With the "Sold Out" availability...But it still appears! I was under the impression that retired sets, once retired and with no hope of coming back, were completely removed from the LEGO store website.

Is it possible that new Maersk sets are still being produced by LEGO and could be available in a month or two? Is there a confirmation, somewhere, from a trusted source that the product is really retired?

I'd just like to be sure before paying over retail on Bricklink or eBay... Thanks!

Yes, it's really retired. Items usually stay up on the LS@H page if they are still available in at least one country. I tried to find an example for the Maersk train, but every country I looked at brought up the "Oh no! Page Not Found!" image. So North America may be the last place it was available.

If I recall correctly, the Sold Out items remaining online was part of the change Shop@home is testing along with the Retiring Soon option.
