I'm not a huge fan of the Enterprise model (I feel the same way about it as I do the new Jabbas Sail barge, it looks a little blocky and could use some rounded edges). But the lighting is fantastic. Much better than your standard light brick.
I wish Lego sets came with lighting similar to that. Imagine a Falcon with headlights and a blue tail thruster light...or a ton of red thruster jet lights on the Tantive IV. What about a bat signal that actually lit up and you could turn the lights off in the room and have a bat projected on the wall? I feel like a light brick, unless they were improved, wouldn't be able to handle these kind of lighting ideas.
I know there are after market products and do it yourself light kits but that just isn't the same.

Not a big fan of Kreons, but I will try to get the core crew since LEGO will not being doing Star Trek in the foreseeable future.
