1x4 pearl grey brick

I was checking out BrickBildr and three PAB locations in the UK listed a 1x4 Pearl Grey brick. I did some checking on Bricklink and it doesn't have a traditional listing for it, though some are selling them. Any idea what the story with them are? If they are at PAB, they must have more than a few "run offs".

PaB sometimes has rare/uncommon colors for pieces that were never really used in a lot of sets. I have found a whole punch of crazy colors years ago at PaB that I don't remember in sets, including weird pinks and purples and blues, and 2x2 dark red bricks that I've never seen in a bulk brick set at the time.
