I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

That's strange, and amusing. I had no idea they transported random LEGO loose!

Or, more likely, some kids are in for an unpleasant surprise when dad unloads the pickup and find one large box missing

Ya, it was later reported to me two large containers strapped to the top of a Van.
If this had happened to me as kid I would have been devastated. Not only to lose all your legos but to have them more or less destroyed in such a visceral way.
